this was my first job and it was an awesome community of people to work with. management is wonderful - they really care about their employees and are always very understanding if you need time off. the employees are all very genuine and to me a healthy work environment is the most important thing about a job - you will definitely get that here.

Terrible leadership. Gossip Factory at all staff levels. Because much of the leadership has been there, and only there, for decades, they have not been exposed to any diversity of business practices, therefore KTP is stuck in the business/thought processes of the 1980's and unwilling to evolve with the times. Because of their legacy and perfect location, they make money in spite of terrible leadership. In most other businesses, the leadership has earned their way to the top via solid skills and traits. In a family run business, ownership doesn't require leadership skills. You're born on third base but can act like you hit a triple.
