Toxic work environment. Racism and abuse are tolerated, and management acts with childish behavior instead of professionalism. If you work hard, expect to be abused and overlooked rather than recognized. Boundaries are constantly crossed, with people dragging their personal lives into the workplace. Regional managers spend their time socializing and faking progress to report to ownership, offering no real support or leadership. This is not a safe or respectful place to work.
