Nice colleagues but awful slow politics - Specialist Kingfisher Employee Review

I did want to stay at kingfisher, but the rule about letting your line manager know when applying for an internal role was a major hindrance. My line manager would have taken it personally and my job would have been compromised. So I chose to leave the business. Also pay is pretty bad and the bonus system unfair.
