Cons
Gossip between employees and management. They want the building at 100% capacity despite not having enough teachers. No breaks or short breaks. Still expected to work and bring in your sick kid unless they’re hospitalized. Doesn’t report abuse like LEGALLY REQUIRED and tries to cover it up and blame families who speak up.
