Pros
The children are amazing, and helping them learn and grow is so special. The coworkers are wonderful, we are truly a team. Fun environment; everyday brings something new. Never bored. One of the few child care settings I've been in that actually is a good, safe, creative, fun place for children.
Cons
Leadership (area managers and above) seem like all they care about is money. The children's education and safety should be priority, but when hours get cut or the classroom budget is reduced or taken away, it seems like they don't care about those priorities.
