Pros
Being a lead teacher is really a very rewarding career and an especially important job. KinderCare used to be a wonderful company to work for. I used to be proud to say I worked there but everything changed after they merged with Knowledge Learning many years ago.
Cons
Corporate doesn't value good teachers and treats everyone as though they are expendable. It appears as though their focus is on education and the children, but it's really about numbers and money. Moving children from room to room all of the time is not a good way to help children learn and grow.
