My experience at Kindbody was extremely disappointing. Leadership across departments from the lab directors & managers to clinical management frequently lacked transparency and often made misleading statements. Unfortunately, this culture of dishonesty seemed widespread. Compensation is below industry standards, with no structured pay raises, no 401(k) match, and underwhelming health benefits. There appears to be little investment in employee retention or growth. There has also been a significant shift in the workforce, with many experienced and highly skilled professionals including REIs, nurses, and embryologists either being let go or choosing to leave. Many of the newer hires seem inexperienced and unprepared, which has impacted the quality of care and operations. Overall, I would not recommend Kindbody to those seeking long-term growth, fair compensation, or a supportive work environment.
