Pros
As a new employee you are excited to come to work. That feeling fades very quickly.
Cons
The work environment was very gossipy. The Manager was a huge part of this. Constant non work related distractions. No Holidays, only one week of vacation until after 5 years. Very high turnover rate. No incentives to stay.
