There’s no pros I can think of

This has to be the worst job I ever had! The toxicity of the women in the front desk encourages an environment of gossip, drama and the ill treatment of staff. The director DOES NOT know how to properly run this place and puts on a good show for parents and the State. They're more obsessed on fooling the State than they are actually following proper protocol. Be prepared to be sick all the time as they often let sick children stay just to please the parents. There is no regard of preventing the spread of illness which is why viruses spread violently throughout the daycare too many times! Only work here if you’re desperate and need to put food on the table!
