      A few years back the offered good packages (salary, benefits). Not sure whether they are still offering the same.

      Cons

      Do not accept a position here if you want to generate any significant research output or do not like to be micromanaged by everyone.

      Pros

      The research environment is very good and the professors are very friendly to work with. The labs and lab's equipment is up to date.

      Cons

      interviewing process takes so long. In my case, it took 4-5 months between the first interview and the starting date.
