Pros

I have had a great experience working at this company, largely due to my wonderful coworkers. They are always willing to help each other and support one another, creating a collaborative and friendly atmosphere. There is a lot of talent within the team, and it's inspiring to work alongside such skilled and dedicated individuals.

Cons

I currently work in the global marketing department, and unfortunately, I have found the management style to be very micromanaging. Every single task we do is closely scrutinized. The executives often bypass the managers and go directly to the junior staff, showing a lack of respect for the managerial hierarchy. Feedback is not welcomed here. Anyone who voices their opinion or takes a stand is quickly let go, creating a very insecure working environment. It feels like no matter how well you perform, you never know when you might be dismissed. Additionally, there is a tendency to assign last-minute tasks with unreasonable deadlines, such as being given just one day to complete a job, and we are not allowed to say no. This adds a lot of stress and makes it difficult to manage our workload effectively.

Pros

One star for the amazing people, one star for paycheck.

Cons

When I left, it took at least a month to decompress from the toxicity. KGM reorgs were a regular occurrence (5 in a 2-year span, for example) resulting in colleagues reappearing in roles in which they have no experience or disappearing all together. This created a culture of constant backstabbing and insecurity. Leadership picked favorites, ignoring the talents of many and this was reflective in bonuses. They undervalue and lose a lot of talented people, and it continues in spite of their recent positive quarterly reports. Reactionary marketing strategies result in a lot of wasted time and work.
