*The Management - When you have an employee turning up to work who is "under the weather" on a daily basis, it makes things very, very uncomfortable - especially when they are extremely distracting due to their "condition". It was very disheartening and frustrating when Managers would blatantly ignore this behavior because they didn't like confrontation. It took about 6 months until it was addressed and dealt with - this should've been done earlier, especially when other co-workers would have to pick up this persons work which caused a bigger work load for them.
*The Targets - All different between all teams. There was no encouragement or help when it came to achieving these targets. It was all praise when you HIT your target, but if you were below your target, it was a different story. If you didn't hit your target, they didn't give you any further assistance or coaching, they'd just pull out a spreadsheet and ask you why you weren't hitting it.
