Pros
Excellent working environment with some very talented people. Lots of communication among the real workers getting everything done. Pay is reasonable.
Cons
Senior management are disconnected from the main body of the staff. They don't seem to 'see' what is happening among the money earners and engineers. Contradictory management among senior staff can cause major issues and cost money (yet they still don't see it...). No rewards for solving problems or introducing staff.
