Key Point is a place where you can truly grow professionally. I started working here straight out of high school as a teacher assistant, and over the past eight years, I have learned and grown so much. The administration team is incredibly supportive, always hands-on in helping both staff and students succeed. It’s a collaborative and enriching environment that fosters professional development and a strong sense of community

Even in a place I love working, no workplace is perfect. One challenge at Key Point is that because it's such a dynamic and fast-paced environment, things can change quickly, and you have to adapt on the go. While this keeps things exciting and allows for growth, it can sometimes feel overwhelming. However, the supportive administration and teamwork make it easier to navigate those challenges.

I love working here, people are very nice and helpful. A lot of teamwork and support. Families are very respectful and understanding. Admin team is very supportive and helpful, always working hard to make teachers, staff, parents and students feel welcomed and heard.

No cons. We have limited space but the school is moving soon to a new location and the campus is amazing. The facility is spacious and modern. Students will have high quality tech resources.
