Weekends off, day shift hours 8-5. Doctors are wonderful, the very best.
Cons
Managers are missing and never involved unless there’s issues. Too many call offs (FMLA). Last minute changes daily. Power trips amongst staff. Blanket emails. Very chaotic work environment.
