A great Company that respect people's effort and celebrates success

A lot of hard work

- fellow employees were great to work with - pretty decent work/life balance - the energy sector is an exciting market to work in

- upper management was terrible at decision making and setting realistic revenue goals - no real company culture. The "employee-owned" aspect is basically a farce unless you are fully invested, which takes 6+ years. CEO and the BOD are the same person who owns majority shares as well.
