      It's a job and you can make good friends

      Cons

      Management do not know how to manage, they fell into their roll and do not have any people skills. They talk about other staff members personal information in front of others. There is no recognition for anything, staff moral is at its lowest, no one cares about the staff and they offer no incentives for staff. Change the management and you might have a good company, with a strong workforce.

      There are no pros within this company. They are a negative people

      Cons

      Kithcen is filthy. No one washes their own dishes. Fridge stinks. Desks are cluttered.. there are files everywhere.. a fire hazard waiting to happen. People unfriendly. Management has no idea how to treat staff or how to talk to them. They belittle people in the way they are talked down to.

      Kept busy I guess. Will learn a lot on the job Various systems to use Structure of business retains your focus

      Cons

      Smart dress code, no idea why for the type of company they are Pay doesn't match expectations. If you are competent at the job you'll move on and shouldn't really be there
