Pros
Great pay, benefits and car allowance. Lots of young, fun, smart people - its an overall fun industry to work in. New management is smart and have really led Kenra to excel under new ownership. They continue to launch innovative products and are a leader in the industry.
Cons
The same few people get advancements. They seem to realign every year and just move people around and give them new titles. They don't provide employee development or a path for growth. Very chatty group of people, nothing ever feels confidential. Must be a cheerleader at all times with a positive attitude at all times, any negative feedback is not well received. Sales teams get the shaft - they are responsible for selling through product that didn't have a clear vision in the first place. Launching too fast to focus and truly implement plans for sell thru.
