Good pay Good Benefits Good equipment Decent Bonuses They have a rider program
Cons
-Takes to long from the time you drop out west to get a load back to the east coast. Up to 24 hrs. -Their rider age doesnt start till age 12. I know some companies start at age 9. -Trucks dont get washed as much as I would like. -When you send in a macro on your truck it seems as tho it doesn't get acknowledged. -Communication with drivers could be better.
