Pros
There are many reasons why I'm quite satisfied with my position at Kenna. Here are a few: - I love my manager. She is transparent, honest, and enables me to succeed. Plus she's wicked funny so meetings are always fun. - I believe in our product vision and find the space to be exciting and engaging. - The people I work with are smart and kind. I can't overstate the importance of the latter, especially in my previous experiences. - Room for growth and expansion of my skillset. We're a small and scrappy team, and there's plenty of opportunities to get involved in different projects and exposure to new subject matters. - Competitive compensation. - Flexible working arrangements (even prior to COVID, of course). - Solid benefits. Our People Team are even introducing new resources for mental health support, recognizing the toll COVID/2020 has taken on the team.
Cons
Not a traditional "Con", but just a reality: Kenna is in a growth stage. It requires employees to be adaptable and work with intentionality and urgency. That may not be a fit for every person, and that's OK. It's important to understand your working style and needs and make a judgment accordingly.
