      Growing company, good opportunities, coworkers are friendly and helpful

      Cons

      Training isn’t very extensive but they ease you in with real claims to get you accustomed. The training is also harder due to it being virtual but can’t knock the company too much for that

      Customers and the work was great!

      Cons

      Pay, lots of miles on your vehicle, no pay for gas, micromanaging supervisors. They want you to lie to customers to make sales on insurance policies.
