Pros
Great teams that are not frightened to push to achieve what might seem impossible. Not worried about trying and failing - just review, learn and go again. Customer experience is at the heart of what the company does and every employee has a valued role / part to play in the process. The one this about KEMP is they don't loose sight of what's important in life (and it's not KEMP) - it's family & friends. If you need time - you get it in spades
Cons
Can be hard work! Certainly not a place for people who don't like to work. The team all give 100% and you will be fully supported to achieve your best and give as much as you can. This really is the only downside
