Does NOT support DM (district manager) insists on letting mgr put up with abusive insubordinate behavior in order to protect from corp lawsuit. Can terminate "at will" but will fire you if you push to let go of malevolent, undermining direct reports. You can get paid well, but what you have to endure, unless mgt wants to eliminate a direct report, is intense. Money is not worth that to me!
