Disappointed as my First Job - Game Developer Keeves Technologies Employee Review

I was recruited as a fresher. I tried to give 100% and I was pushed more. Things slowly became intolerable and I had lost all the balance. As a fresher, I was made to work for 9-10 hours, sometimes on weekends just because it's client delivery. Payment: Never paid the promised CTC. I was getting xxxx in hand after 50+ days of working. They never paid in 30 days. Work Hours: 9-10 average, sometimes 11 and on weekends. No canteen facilities or food available near the office. Fans and ACs are going to shut down often by the office boy. You need to stay in that heat on the 6th floor in formals. Little less space for the number of employees. Never paid payslips. One day a shocking amount of Rs. 200-300 got deducted because I was 10 mins late to the office on a rainy day. The overall environment had negativity in the air due to tight client deliverables, wrong management. I made one of the worst decisions of my life by joining just because it was game development. This company doesn't have an IT culture at all.
