      Great fundraising event each year called The Black Ball.

      Cons

      Celebrity crazed BOD who could care less about the cause or making a difference. This trickles down and makes it very difficult to operate and create a successful thriving organization.

      Pros

      KCA is a fantastic place to work. It's really small, but the senior people are great and it's a relaxed, low-key place to work.

      Cons

      The staff is tiny, so if that's not your thing you won't like it there. If you don't want to work in Brooklyn it might not work out either.
