Pros

Good for freshers till you are ready to forget your problems not a good place to work once you have completed 2 years

Cons

No Grudges to be held! The best place to work if you are the managers pet or the one from his hometown. The work load is so high, with the managers reaping your benefits. No one cares about your career growth. The mid senior management just want to keep their jobs safe and most of the policies cut by the HR's are definitively for them. Do not be deceived by the hearsay of performance based hikes.. It is to say that you will not receive any promotions or hikes for the next say 6 to 12 months. Cutting down on the promotional pay is a regular sight. Attrition rate is too high currently that the HR has increased to the notice period to 60 days.

Pros

They pay you. There's a severance package, if you can hold out for a year.

Cons

There haven't been any raises across the board for two years and no one above 90K is having 401K matched. The people I knew when I started were not there at the end--I can only think of one project person who was still there that I knew...and I wasn't isolated. It feels like the company is just playing at it rather than taking business development and employee retention seriously. I honestly cannot figure out how they can keep contracts. The proposal office must be very good, because my impression is that dedication to oversight of projects is basically nonexistent. In neither case was my PM for the Keane portion of the contract actually onsite.
