The pay is incredibly low, with the amount of work and the importance of the work. The pay should be significantly higher, unfortunately they have a ceo that is either clueless or simply does not care about the employees. It seems as if its a bit of both. I was hired on with the promise of getting a raise in a few short months, I was told that there are advancement opportunities, etc. The latter is untrue and for the pay increase I was promised, I emailed some of the higher ups asking about it. Never received a response, no acknowledgement whatsoever, it gives you the warm fuzzy feeling that they could not care less about you. The company is incredibly disorganized, they overwhelm very valuable employees with work. The place is a revolving door. They hire just about anyone with a pulse. The people that do come aboard and are worth keeping, are overloaded with work and are not paid an adequate amount nor do these few seem to get any recognition. Some days were good, solely because of the gentleman I had the pleasure of working under. Aside from that, my time there was far from even decent. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Whether you're a chemist/engineer, etc. Dont waste your time.
