Strong culture - Operations Kawa Capital Employee Review

Teams are lean, all employees are friendly, and the environment is not toxic. Particularly in my team, I don't see competitiveness, as each team member has a different occupation. Upper management shows that it cares about how employees feel, and there's flexibility for work-life balance. They offer gourmet lunches M- F for all employees, and the health plan is excellent.

They do not match the 401 (k) or offer other retirement plans. Job growth is limited. Everyone wears many hats.

Everyone is super friendly, fun to work with.

No real downsides to my time.
