Not a good environment for professional growth - Sales Katipult Employee Review

-No vision from leadership team about where the company is heading, or what differentiates Katipult from its competitors. Not open to change. -Compensation was low and was always challenging to have compensation discussion with management -Overseas employees is overworked and under-supported, but the company is reliant on them to deliver client projects. -Technology is very challenging to work with and implement for new customers.
