Pros
Kate's Real Food is a great product. The Bars are delicious and they are an easy sell. The Branding is really good and colorful and attractive.
Cons
Kate's Real Food has an executive team handling the operations and strategy for the company. That strategy was a mystery throughout my time there. The company has no values that they can quote, and does not even have a mission statement. I felt like I was on an island completely distant from my own team, there was little collaboration, no culture, and no structure. It is an autonomous job which can be good if you are consistently upping your game and selling larger and larger accounts. But there was no way to measure my success, no KPI to reflect on or to strive for. Morale was constantly low, "doing the best I could with what I was given" was the main piece of feedback. I wanted so much to grow with this company and to be with it from the get go. I was very let down.
