      Cutlure is very old school vietnamese and if you are an expat, you are immediately judged based on million points. they want you to be part of their local culture while claiming to be a global company! Once you signup to work with them, they will force you to do lot of stuff siletly jidling from sidelines, not having an inclusive culture. Out of no-where, you are told that five Viet dudes dont like you and hence we can't tolerate that! They need to focus on bringing quality talent and build a inclusive culture. Great product goes in vein due to bad leadership that is highly old -school and impartial to expats

      Great place to work in every aspect, from professional growth to being part of decision-making and executing the company's expansion plan.

      Cons

      You may have to work some hours after 9 p.m. to work with the Vietnam team, but I don't consider that a disadvantage/cons since you can make your schedule as flexible as possible

      Pros

      Offers a diverse environment with a good chance to explore new things, projects, and technologies.

      Cons

      Leadership frequently changes direction without data or clear communication, making long-term planning difficult. The environment feels highly political, and there is a lack of job security, with sudden organizational changes and high turnover. Don't make a move because of money if you have a stable job.
