      The pay is quite good for entry-level sales job. I think I performed average and I made around $100k per year including commissions. There are opportunities to grow in the company, however, it requires heavy networking and some level of favoritism with senior management in order to achieve this.

      Cons

      Micro management culture, unprofessional peers and quite toxic environment.
