There is no organisational value system. Anyone can do anything and if they make enough noise, they are cited as a great performer. Diversity - very targeted in their terminations. Have hired some IIM folks who are good with theory and fail at execution because of poor experience and lack of functional knowledge. Open to defaulting on promises given to clients, and they encourage employees too do the same, because of organisational misalignment & poor strategy.
