Good introduction when I started, nice community.

Some of the workers were "fed up" with customer service somehow.

Diverse customer base with many learning opportunities and skills development. Good compensation and benefits, company culture very inclusive and stimulating.

Administrational issues occured quite often because of use of poor systems. Even though I complained on several occassions I was ignored.
