Pros
I really enjoyed the people for the most part (a very dedicated group).
Cons
Many of the executives including current CEO got lucky when Jonathan Grayer grew Kaplan considerably and made it an early adopter in the online higher education business...this created a group of "Untouchables" that despite many missteps since Grayer's departure were allowed to stay around.. This is really sad because Kaplan could be so much better today as it has the human capital but very poor executive leadership.
