All looks good at the start - Technology Analyst Kaplan Employee Review

Cheap!!! No negotiations to pay the going rate. Was told this is what current employees are being paid and if they pay me more then they will need to pay their employees the compensating rate. After speaking with other employees, they told me it took them 5 years to get a raise. I see why. Management is weak and lacks the ability to coexist amongst their employees. No room for advancement
