I absolutely love working at Kapitus. The culture is one of the best parts of the company, it truly has a family feel. My managers are supportive, approachable, and always willing to help, and my teammates work very well together. There is a real sense of collaboration here, and everyone is focused on helping each other succeed. The benefits are great, and the overall work environment is positive and encouraging. I feel valued in my role, and it’s clear that the company cares about its employees. It’s refreshing to be part of a team where people communicate well, work hard, and genuinely support one another. As with most collections companies, the end of the month can be stressful, and there are times when the volume of work can feel a little overwhelming. That said, the team always pulls together, and the work gets done. The busy periods are manageable because of the strong teamwork and support from leadership.
