      It was a great opportunity working under Kapil It solutions. The culture and the atmosphere is very good for the individual here . The HOD's are also very understanding and always helps for the growth.

      Every company has their advantages and disadvantages too but the management has always been supportive to the employees in a positive manner

      Pros

      Gained valuable hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart. The team was supportive and senior developers were willing to mentor. I was given real project tasks which boosted my confidence and portfolio. Flexible work hours and a relaxed office environment.

      Cons

      The pay was quite low for the role. Project requirements could change suddenly without much notice. There was a lack of structured training for interns. Sometimes communication between teams was slow and unclear.
