Pros

Very little to none, hard to think of.

Cons

It’s a dirty old department store. The company is completely in over their head. Management is completely under qualified. They offer very little support and do not listen to what you have to say. The CEO & COO work in a completely other building, they are uninvolved & completely out of touch. Yet they will trump every decision when they feel like it and run over every single person in their way. Emails go unanswered all the time, internal communication is one of the worst I have ever seen

Kanak Response

The organizational structure is clearly defined and understood by our entire team here. In fact it is set up on our office so we can see the entire structure with no ambiguity. We have a leader for the Exports division that operates and manages the organization with strategic input from the CEO and COO as any organization should. The entire team sits together and discusses, shares and are fully aware of all activities within the organization. We follow all the best practices of successful companies and our customer's successful projects are the testimony of our internal communication. Pros

Work schedule is day shift.

Cons

What a crap show. The negative reviews are true. Losing business because of poor management. Resulting in layoffs because they don’t schedule or organize anything and they will ship anything out the door. The remaining skeleton staff are forced to do the work of three people. And then we will have to work crazy overtime to catch up. No room for advancement, management lies constantly, and you will never get a raise. ‘Management’ sits in his office all day, playing games on his phone, and chatting with his hired family and friends. If you need temporary work it will get you some income but this is not the place to go for a professional career. You will be expected to do and learn everyone else’s job (that they laid off )who were being paid more.
