Pros
Good pay, an available leadership team that listens and takes suggestions to heart, very flexible PTO system, hands-on managers, some positions come with the option to travel for work but most don't require it, some positions allow you to work from home. Overall, I feel valued, heard and respected working here.
Cons
It's a start-up so there's the normal growing pains associated with any start-up, I.E. a lot of "we're building the plane as we're flying it" type scenarios. The company is growing fast, so sometimes it requires more than 40 hours a week. If working on set, the starting time of your shift can range from super early in the morning to late at night, so you'll need flexibility if you're hired into one of those roles. Calls and texts may come in at all times of the day and require your attention, so you'll have to check your phone often. The healthcare options offered to employees outside CA isn't as good as the options offered to CA employees.
