      The pay was good, while it lasted

      Cons

      Operations were a joke, the COO is a salesman, not an operational expert. The second biggest joke was work/life balance. Nothing was talked about more but actualized less.

      Kameo has incredible leadership, processes, and has an exciting start-up feel without the typical chaos that comes with that.

      Nothing at the moment - after a year I can genuinely say I enjoy working here.
