They hire anybody. Junkies included. They don’t take the drug testing seriously, allow people who use fake urine kits to get power equipment certified. This farm is ran on popularity. You won’t get a raise if you’re unpopular with management/team leads. Safety is not as important as it should be for various reasons. Broken harnesses used on order pickers. Turn over rate is pretty high due to poor management, and morale.
