Great group of talented and easy going, but focused, developers. Multicultural staff. Startup culture with minimal red tape. Most pets welcomed, I bring my dog in once or twice a month. The majority of the staff goes out for lunch together on Fridays. Some of the guys like to play soccer after work.

Being a start has its cons too. We change directions quickly to keep our much larger business partners happy and we can be a bit disorganized at times.
