Cons
- They usually use you as "one more consultant" (you'll be only a number). - They don't have a good follow-up with the consultants (Your Manager will never remember who you are). - They have a worst support for Brazilians. They outsourcing the visa process contracting you in a third service company. They don't help you with the relocation like a fly tickets, the bills to pay all documents that you need and with a first accommodation in another country. And also, they don't have a legal person that will allow you to get the Portuguese documentation (NIF, NISS) and the resident permission. - The gross salary is low and they pay the most part using "gift" cards. So, you won't pay all the taxes to the social security. In addition, your additional salaries will be less than the usual. So, if you have to take a time off, you'll receive less.
