Very family oriented station. Everyone is so friendly and easy to work with. The weather team is what it is. A team. We are very well at communicating and forecasting for the weather, especially during severe weather events.

I do not have any comment on the cons.

For a newbie they get their foot in the door. Nice station, good equipment.

They will burn you out! It's all about grinding folks until the passion is lost! The reporters get paid peanuts. It is up to you to grow professionally. Some people may help you along the way. But they are has been's who are not current on broadcasting/writing/editing trends. Find a mentor in a larger market!
