Pros
Working in news sounds great and it's fun when you get to work with people you grew up watching on tv. There are good people here and those make it worth being here.
Cons
Health care is over priced, Management in some departments are micromanager. The work culture is weird the moral is low. They would rather have a skeleton crew than fight for the good employees. During the pandemic the remote workers got raises but in studio workers got one time bonus. 2% raise during a 8% inflation increase. General manager comes from a sales background. Sales department gets more praises than any department in the station.
