      People at the assistant, coordinator, and manager levels are very hardworking, great benefits, lots of paid vacation

      Cons

      Very low salary, upper level management is very corrupt, number one priority is pleasing the CEO

      Pros

      Nice people to work with and nice benefits - generous vacation, and great coverage for health benefits with very little cost deducted each check. 2-3 days work from home each week.

      Cons

      Wages are ridiculously low for San Diego. Low performers aren't held accountable. Good people are leaving for better opportunities and the future of KPBS is uncertain with no federal funding anymore.
