Terrible training - Sales Advisor KONE Employee Review

Tracy Williamson-Graff is a terrible manager at the Keighley branch, next to no training is offered but when you're struggling with something you get shouted at. Mental health issues due to the job completely swept under the table, constantly crying at my desk with the workload giving and no training. The favourites in the team had less work to do while others had too much. Glad I walked out as was being treated very unfairly and can't believe was asked "what's wrong then?" when I told her I was struggling. Also only a temporary contract for 2 years or longer on minimum wage, with little to no room for progress in the company. They pay pennies and expect the world from you
