Pros
Working at KONE allows me to experience multinational environment. I can improve my technical skills and learn from other colleagues in my region and around the world.
Cons
The way KONE operate is sometime involve too much processes. Understand that they help us in guiding and we follow through. However, I believe that some processes can be removed.
