Pros
If you like the Japanese working culture, this is exactly the company that you are looking for. I will say the job is stable as long as you can take the stress. If you pick the most basic heath plan, you don't need to pay a penny, but I don't know if the policy is changed now.
Cons
There is so much office politics going on in the company. Employees do not get along within the company. Turn over rate for the employee is sky high, so they are always hiring. Projects always with unreasonable time table because all the company wants is to win project.
